Blue Ridge Maritime Partners, a holdings company founded in 2019, is proud to be an Opportunity Zone partner of S23. The business comprises two operating companies—Warwick Maritime Solutions and Talent Management Solutions. Warwick Maritime Solutions is a small boat repair company that works on barges, tugboats, small boats, pleasure crafts, commercial fishing vessels, army vessels and ship operators such as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the Maritime Administration (MARAD). Talent Management Solutions is responsible for investing in the future of the maritime industry. They manage all the mergers and acquisitions for S23, develop new business and operate a unique shipyard training school.
