Talent Management Solutions (TMS) was established in 2019 to expand the horizons of the S23 holdings brand and its affiliates. As one of Blue Ridge Maritime Partners’ Operating companies, TMS provides a focus on talent acquisition in all facets of S23’s holdings. In a business environment where talent is the key to success, TMS is responsible for handling all Investments, Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Teaming agreements, as well as new Startups/Subsidiaries for companies that are added to the S23 Organization. TMS is also taking the leadership role in developing a new onsite one-of-a-kind Ship repair talent development school in the Newport News, VA area.
